I want to shout out today BrandCo, a branding media company out of Orlando, Florida that I found during my visit to Keller Williams Family Reunion last February. ¬†They have made my website gorgeous inside. A website is important to many businesses, mine is no exception. ¬†I’d learned that from owning my own business and launching my first website in Flash (gasp!) in 2007, then rewriting it in HTML in 2009 and most recently using a WordPress platform for one of my 3 websites. ¬† Keller Williams also provides agents basic websites to start out their real estate careers, so when it came time to take advantage of the KW platform, it needed a boost in my opinion. ¬† That’s when I found BrandCo, they took my KW website with my existing brand and put up with my ‘know enough to be dangerous’ web design knowledge with grace.
I was so impressed then, and still am today with their service, the design eye of their staff (I have a degree in interior design so that’s also enough to be ‘dangerous’). ¬† ¬†A website is a constantly evolving document, it needs to be fed content, it needs to please Google, it has to look good on numerous devices, and it needs a company behind it that is willing to teach those of us who didn’t go to school to be webmasters.
Most recently, because of the face BrandCo has put to Reflections Homes in Richmond, Va., I’ve have had Keller Williams Realtors in other states choose me to handle their trusted family and friends who are relocating to the area. ¬† When they call, I ask specifically how they chose me and most often, the answer is ‘your website’. ¬† About a week ago, BrandCo asked via their Facebook page to give examples of how the sites they designed for us have helped us in our business and ¬†I won this cool T-shirt for my reply. ¬†Calls from agents in other parts of the country are a testimony to what a great web presence BrandCo has created for me.
